Important etiquette notes to ensure we have the best date:
*All extended dates must include a sufficient amount of social time, including appropriate time to eat and a minimum of 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
For dates lasting more than 24 hours, a minimum of 1 hour of self-time is required.
